If you use Thunderbird, the GPG key could be found automatically via 'WKD'. Otherwise use the commandline:
gpg -v --auto-key-locate clear,wkd,nodefault --locate-key b@slothnet.org
Or for an ascii-armo(u)red Version (e.g. right-click -> 'Save Link As'):

If you want to curl and import it:
